1. ​Introduction

  1. Welcome to veneceprinting.com, operated by Venece Digital Printing Services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

  2. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

​2. Products & Services

  1. All products and services offered by veneceprinting.com are intended for lawful, personal, or business use only. You may not use our services for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity under the Laws of the Philippines.

  3. 3. Orders, Proofs & Customer Responsibility

  4. 3.1 File Accuracy
  5. You are fully responsible for submitting print-ready, accurate, high-resolution (300 DPI, CMYK) artwork.

  6. veneceprinting.com is not liable for errors in the final product caused by:

    • Low-resolution files
    • Misspellings, grammar, or punctuation errors
    • Incorrect bleeds or margins
    • Incorrect orientation or alignment
    • Design errors approved in the final proof
    • RGB to CMYK color shifts
    • Overprint or transparency issues
    7. 3.2 Proof Approval

    No job will proceed to production without your explicit approval.
    Electronic proofs are not exact color matches. Color variations of up to 10% may occur due to the gang-run printing process.

    3.3 Color-Critical Jobs

    If your project is color-critical, it must be printed on a dedicated run (additional charges apply). Gang-run printing cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy.

    4. Artwork Restrictions

    You may not upload content that is:

    • Illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property
    • In violation of the Laws of the Philippines
    • Showing individuals without proper consent

    8. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork at our discretion.

    5. Graphic Design Services

    All designs created by Venece Digital Printing Services remain the intellectual property of our company.

    Artwork can only be released or transferred through written agreement and payment of applicable fees.

    6. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

    6.1 Payment

    Full payment is required before production begins.

    6.2 Cancellations
    • If cancellation is requested before the job enters production, a 15% processing fee (minimum PHP 100) applies.
    • Once a job is in production or approved, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
    9. 6.3 Refund Policy

    All sales are final.

    Partial refunds may be issued only if the job has not yet entered production, minus labor and processing fees.

    7. Turnaround Time

    Turnaround begins only after full payment and approval of print-ready files.

    Turnaround times refer to production time only and exclude weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time.

    We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

    8. Overruns & Underruns

    Due to industry-standard gang-run processes, final quantities may vary by ±10%.

    If the shortage exceeds 10%, we will issue a proportional credit on reorder.

    9. Shipping & Pick-Up

    Once your order has been shipped:

    • Responsibility transfers to you (transfer of title).
    • Veneceprinting.com is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage.

    10. Pick-up orders not claimed within 30 days will be shipped at your expense.

    10. Limitations of Liability

    veneceprinting.com’s liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for your order.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Customer errors in submitted artwork
    • Damage, loss, or delays by third-party couriers
    • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

    11. All claims must be submitted within 30 business days of receipt, and defective items must be returned before reprinting.

    11. Intellectual Property

    All content on veneceprinting.com is the property of Venece Digital Printing Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    You must have legal rights to all content you submit for printing. You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from your submitted materials.

    12. Privacy & Data Protection

    By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

    We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act in handling customer data.

    13. Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse any job for any reason, including offensive or inappropriate content.

    Charges for completed work up to the point of cancellation will still apply.

    14. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

    All activity under your account is your responsibility.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of the Philippines.

    Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calamba City, Laguna, Philippines.

    16. Modifications

    We may change or discontinue website features, pricing, or services at any time without notice.
